Renting Cosmic hoops

All deposits are non-refundable; however, if an event is canceled, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking. These credits are valid for up to one year from the original booking date. Full payment for all bookings is due seven days prior to the scheduled event, and any remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

If a cancellation is made more than seven days before the event, the remaining balance will not be charged. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be handled at the company’s discretion or converted into a credit. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are not eligible for refunds, and the total amount paid will instead be converted into a booking credit.

All booking credits issued from cancellations are valid for one year from the original event date and may be applied toward any future Cosmic Hoops rental, subject to availability. Failure to be present at the scheduled event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all payments, with no refunds or credits issued. Requests to reschedule an event are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same terms outlined above.

This cancellation policy applies to any and all cancellations, regardless of reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, event cancellations, rescheduling, or if the service is no longer needed.

Cosmic Hoops reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain availability and ensure fairness for all customers.
